Brett Lanthois and Ann Oliver first met when on the opening team for the Radisson Playford Adelaide (now the Sebel Playford). Ann appreciated the absolute professionalism that Brett displayed and the quickly became friends to go on and work together on special events for 10 years
Brett currently hold a senior full–time management position with the prestigious Chapel Hill Wines Gourmet Retreat and is also Sommelier and front of house manager for the highly regarded Rockford Marion Steam Powered Dinners.
